Carlyle to Acquire intelliflo from Invesco in $200 Million Deal
Global investment firm Carlyle has agreed to acquire intelliflo, a UK-based provider of cloud-based practice management software for independent financial advisors, from Invesco. The deal, valued at up to $200 million, includes $135 million upfront and potential earn-outs of $65 million. intelliflo's platform supports over 30,000 professionals managing £450 billion in client assets.
The transaction encompasses intelliflo's US subsidiaries, RedBlack and intelliflo Portfolio, which offer SaaS-based portfolio rebalancing and management tools. Founded in 2004, intelliflo's cloud-native platform integrates with 120 third-party applications and serves 2,600 advisory firms. The acquisition aims to bolster intelliflo's UK dominance and accelerate expansion in Australia.
